Wynn, Wealth and Wellness

Hey new subscribers 👋🏽

I appreciate the support.

If there are any specific topics you’d like me to dive into, feel free to let me know.

Let's get into it 👇🏽

A place where young professionals can build wealth faster 📈

If you’re early in your career and serious about building wealth, pay attention to this.

In the UK and many other countries, once you cross into higher income brackets - say, £50K-£60K a year - the deductions start piling up fast. You’re hit with income tax, National Insurance, etc. - All before you even see your paycheque in full.

As many of you probably already know - There’s no personal income tax in Dubai. No capital gains tax. No inheritance tax. What you earn is what you keep. 💯

Now imagine this over a 10-year period. That’s six figures in potential savings - money you can reinvest, buy your first property with, or even launch your own business.

That’s not just better take home pay - it’s financial acceleration 🚀

That’s what makes Dubai such a magnet for ambitious individuals. It’s not just the lifestyle. It’s the opportunity to build something real, much faster than you could back home.

If you’re hungry to grow - your career, your savings, your options - get in touch here.

Wealth grows where conditions allow it 🤝🏽

Yes, zero tax is a massive advantage, but if you ask anyone who’s made the move to Dubai, they’ll tell you something else matters just as much - if not more:

SAFETY.

In Dubai, you can walk home alone at night without a second thought. Your family can move freely, confidently. You can leave your phone or laptop on a cafe table and it’ll still be there when you return.

That kind of security does more than protect your belongings - it changes how you live.

It reduces stress. It builds trust. It creates a calm, confident environment where people feel at ease and that energy flows into everything: relationships, work, community, and business.

When you’re not constantly looking over your shoulder, you have space to focus on growth. On health. On building a life.

Unfortunately, that basic sense of security has faded in many major cities around the world. It’s one of the quiet driving forces behind Dubai’s rise.

When you combine a secure environment with a growth-minded culture, you get a breeding ground for wealth creation - not just financial, but personal and professional too.

Only in Dubai 🏃🏽

Only here can a shopping mall double as a running track. Not just one - seven of them.

This August, led by the vision of HH Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the city is rolling out the Dubai Mallathon - an initiative that transforms malls into indoor fitness zones during the morning hours.

It’s more than a clever way to beat the heat. Part of the broader Dubai Social Agenda 33, the goal is clear: Make wellness accessible. Make healthy habits part of daily life.

Participating malls include Dubai Mall, Dubai Hills Mall, Springs Souk, City Centre Deira, City Centre Mirdif, Mall of the Emirates, and Dubai Marina Mall.

Dubai proves It’s a city that thinks ahead, always looking for ways to elevate the experience of those who live here. Whether it’s through bold infrastructure, economic policy, or wellness initiatives like this, Dubai continues to set a new global standard.

The $5.1 billion Wynn Al Marjan Island project is shaping up 🏗️

The latest construction update from July 2025 shows just how fast things are moving.

What was once a stretch of sand in Ras Al Khaimah is now transforming into a mega resort that will rival the world’s most iconic destinations.

Set to open in 2027, Wynn Al Marjan will feature:

  • 🎰 The UAE's first casino
  • 🏨 1,530 rooms, suites, and villas
  • 🍽️ 24 dining venues ranging from fine to casual dining
  • 🛍️ Luxury Shopping with world-class boutiques
  • 🏖️ 12 pools, lush gardens, and a 420-meter private white-sand beach
  • 🎲 225,000 sq ft of gaming space
  • 🚢 A private marina accommodating yachts up to 75 meters

To truly grasp the scale of this project...

Many of you know Atlantis The Royal - the $1.4 billion crown jewel on Palm Jumeirah. Or Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab - the $1.7 billion wave-inspired marvel rising along Dubai’s coastline.

Together, these two icons represent $3.1 billion of world-class development.

Now consider this: The upcoming Wynn Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah is a $5.1 billion project. That’s $2 billion more than both Atlantis and Marsa combined.

Not just bigger - a different league altogether.

This isn’t just another flashy resort.

Wynn Resorts have built world-renowned integrated destinations in Las Vegas, Macau, and Boston. They don’t make bets without doing their due diligence and their move into the UAE signals something major.

This will be the region’s first-ever casino resort. A calculated step toward turning Al Marjan Island into the UAE’s next global tourism and investment hotspot.

Here’s a visual that changed the way I think about life 🧠

I recently read a book that really made me pause - Four Thousand Weeks by Oliver Burkeman.

It’s about time, but not productivity hacks or scheduling tips - it’s about the finite nature of our lives, and what that means for how we choose to live.

The title refers to the average human lifespan: 4,000 weeks. The image above? Each “X” is one of those weeks.

I’ve already lived 1,872 of them - nearly halfway through.

It’s not meant to be morbid. It’s meant to be clarifying.

Based on these numbers:

  • Around 40 summers left
  • Roughly 1,200 weekends

That’s not a lot.

Yet, we often live as if time is unlimited: We stay in comfort zones. We put off what matters. We tolerate what drains us. We procrastinate on the things we deeply care about - thinking we’ll get to them eventually.

The truth is time doesn’t pause. Every week that passes is one we don’t get back.

What this book reminded me is simple, but powerful:

  1. Protect your time.
  2. You’ll Never “get everything done” and thats okay.
  3. Spend it on things that give you energy.
  4. Doing nothing is also valuable.
  5. Distraction is a form of avoidance.
  6. Stop postponing joy.

If you’ve read any books recently that shifted your perspective, I’d love to hear them. Always open to good recommendations.

Thanks for reading - until next week, AJ.
